By accessing or using MGB Shopping (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all policies referenced within them, including our Privacy Policy, Return Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered customers and vendors who access or use any part of the service.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use of the service. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers or connected systems.
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information, or impersonate another person or business.
• Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive or infringes intellectual-property rights.
• Use automated means to scrape, copy or interfere with the Platform without our prior written consent.

To place an order you may be required to create an account. You must be at least 18 years of age to register, or use the Platform under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All orders placed through the Platform are an offer to purchase and are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, where a product is out of stock, where there is a pricing error, or where we suspect fraudulent activity.

Prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including cash on delivery and supported digital and card payments. Payment must be completed (or confirmed, in the case of cash on delivery) before an order is dispatched.

We deliver nationwide across Bangladesh. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only — actual delivery may vary depending on your location, product availability and courier conditions.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the address you provide. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate; we are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

Eligible items may be returned within the window stated in our Return Policy, provided they are unused, in their original condition and packaging. Certain items — such as perishable goods, personal-care products and made-to-order items — may not be eligible for return.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method, or as store credit where applicable, within a reasonable period after the returned item is received and inspected. Delivery charges may be non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.

MGB Shopping operates as a marketplace where some products are sold by third-party vendors. Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the quality and legality of their products, and compliance with applicable laws.

By listing products, vendors agree to fulfil orders promptly, honour our customer-protection policies and maintain accurate inventory and pricing. MGB Shopping may remove listings or suspend vendor accounts that breach these terms.

All content on the Platform — including logos, text, graphics, product imagery, software and the overall look and feel — is owned by or licensed to MGB Shopping and is protected by applicable intellectual- property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.

The Platform and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MGB Shopping shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of Bangladesh.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through written notice, followed by good-faith mediation, before pursuing any other remedy.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements or business practices. The revised terms take effect once published on this page, and the “Last updated” date will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
