Shipping Policy

MGB Shopping delivers to every district in Bangladesh through our own fleet and trusted courier partners. Coverage, rates and estimated delivery times vary by zone, as shown below.

Free shipping on orders over ৳2,000 within Dhaka Metro; over ৳5,000 nationwide.

Timeframes are counted in business days (Sunday–Thursday, plus working Saturdays) from the moment your order is confirmed. Express options are available in selected areas for an additional charge.

Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order value and destination. Orders of ৳5,000 or more qualify for free delivery inside Dhaka.

Need it today? Same-day delivery is available inside Dhaka City for in-stock items. Place your order before 1:00 PM(Monday– Saturday) and we'll deliver the same evening. A flat express surcharge of ৳150 applies and is shown before you confirm payment.

Express delivery prioritises your shipment for the fastest possible arrival outside the same-day window. Availability and timing depend on your zone (see the timeframes table above). Express is not available for remote or hilly areas where courier access is limited.

• Same-day (Dhaka): order by 1:00 PM (Mon–Sat).
• Next-day: order by 6:00 PM (Mon–Sat).
• Orders placed on Friday after 6 PM or Saturday after 6 PM are processed and shipped the following Monday.

Once your order ships, we'll email and SMS you a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way. You can also view live status — confirmed, packed, shipped and delivered — anytime from your account.

If our courier is unable to reach you, we follow a clear re-delivery process so your order isn't lost:

1. 1If the 1st delivery attempt fails, a 2nd attempt is made the next business day.
2. 2If the 2nd attempt also fails, the courier leaves a notice with contact details.
3. 3You must contact us within 3 days to arrange re-delivery — otherwise the order is returned to our warehouse.
4. 4A re-delivery fee applies for additional attempts after a missed delivery.

We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses — please provide a full physical address with a contact number for every order. For remote upazilas and hill-tract regions, delivery may take 5–7 business days and express options are not available. In rare cases, courier access to certain remote locations may be restricted; our team will contact you with alternatives if this affects your order.

MGB Shopping currently delivers within Bangladesh only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We're working to expand our reach — follow us or subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when international delivery becomes available.
